City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an aggressive Outside Sales Representative in the United States to hunt new commercial janitorial contracts and manage the sales cycle to conversion.

You'll earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions with an on-target of $120,000+ and a recurring revenue model that expands your book as it grows. Expect fieldwork, CRM usage, and a clear growth path into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in outside sales or new business development.
• The drive to hunt new business in person and by phone.
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable to high standards.

Responsabilités

• Prospect commercial buildings in person and by phone.
• Set 3 appointments, complete 3, and deliver 3 proposals.
• Spend 3 days in the field, 2 days on focused phone blocks.
• Log around 50 quality activities a day in our CRM.
• Close recurring contracts that grow your income and your book.
