Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Las Vegas to hunt for new accounts and guide them through the sales process. You will be out in the field most days, prospect commercial buildings, and drive recurring janitorial contracts while using our CRM and Microsoft tools.

You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. Base salary starts at $50,000 with uncapped commission; on-target earnings are $120,000+ with a growing book of recurring revenue as

Qualifications

Demonstrated success in outside sales or new business development.
Ability to hunt new business in person and by phone.
Self-motivated, organized, and accountable to high standards.
Strong communication skills for surveys, presentations, and proposals.

Responsibilities

Knock doors to find new accounts and prospect commercial buildings.
Set appointments, deliver proposals, and close recurring contracts.
Log activities in CRM and manage field work 3 days a week.
Use your own vehicle for sales prospecting and maintain CRM entries.
