Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative in the United States to hunting for new, recurring commercial janitorial contracts and related services. You will prospect in person and by phone, work with a CRM, and drive a growing book of business with an uncapped commission model.

Base salary starts at $60,000 with on-target earnings of $120,000+ and a proven recurring revenue model.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside sales or new business development.
• Ability to prospect in person and by phone.
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable to high standards.
• Strong communication skills for surveys, presentations, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect commercial buildings in person and by phone.
• Set appointments, complete proposals, and deliver 3 proposals weekly.
• Log activities in CRM daily and manage a growing sales book.
• Close recurring contracts to grow income and book.
