Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business in the commercial janitorial and facility services market. You will hunt for new accounts, set appointments, present proposals, and close recurring contracts while managing your own schedule and CRM entries.

Base salary starts at $50,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of $120,000+; expected earnings grow with your book of business.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft products and learn the CRM.
• Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle with up-to-date insurance.
• Experience in outside sales or new business development.

Responsibilities

• Prospect commercial buildings in person and by phone.
• Set appointments, deliver proposals, and close recurring contracts.
• Grow a book of business with recurring revenue.
