You will develop new business, close deals, and manage relationships to grow rental and sales of modular buildings across industries.

The role emphasizes strong negotiation, communication, and time management, with occasional travel required within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with proven success in a field sales environment.
• Ability to travel within the territory, including overnight trips, to meet with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing accounts to increase profits in the region.
• Assist in marketing plans to support sales activities and brand awareness.
• Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust and drive revenue.
• Develop relationships with manufacturers and subcontractors for transportation, installation, and service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, specifications, and requests in the division database.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
