Qualifications

• 1–3 years B2B sales in industrial flooring.
• Must be able to travel up to 10%.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and make sales calls to existing accounts.
• Develop a strategy to grow business by identifying product solutions and service capabilities.
• Develop weekly selling plan and conduct sales calls accordingly.
• Determine where the customer is in the selling process and steps to close the sale.
• Conduct product demos to support the selling process.
• Coordinate Technical Service to support customer requirements.
• Identify sources of sales leads and follow up on leads.
• Manage customer complaints and drive resolution within authority.
• Maintain discipline in pre-call planning and monthly activity to maximize territory.
• Apply sales excellence methods in calls and time management.
• Evaluate growth opportunities and establish a viable territory plan.
• Demonstrate outside sales experience in industrial flooring accounts.
