Job summary

Mark Anthony Group seeks a field-based Sales Associate for the Phoenix market to execute brand plans through wholesalers and distributors. You will work with district influencers, monitor retailer execution, and report market conditions to optimize distribution and in-store presence.

The role emphasizes travel readiness, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage expenses while supporting growth of White Claw, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, and Cayman Jack brands.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and math skills for budgeting and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for developing and presenting.
• Ability to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• In-market work: engage with DM-level influencers at distributors 4.5 days per week.
• Execute wholesaler and brand plans with distributor network and influencer coordination.
• Track and report market conditions using the MABIlity tool.
• Provide weekly market recap and manager feedback based on execution and performance.
• Coordinate in-market activation drives, new item launches, and distribution initiatives.
