Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a dynamic CBS Sales Executive in Florida to drive new business, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and build a recurring revenue base for facility services.

You will conduct field prospecting, deliver tailored proposals, and negotiate terms to meet aggressive sales goals while leveraging CRM tools to track progress. A commission-based pathway offers six-figure earnings for top performers.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of successful B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven history of generating new business and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong hunter-style sales acumen and ability to prospect, present, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals to drive new monthly sales.
• Generate new business through field prospecting, marketing calls, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation activities.
• Present customized facility services solutions, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM activity with accurate client, prospect, and opportunity data.
• Pass qualified janitorial services opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executive when needed.
