Qualifications

House Doctors is a nationwide professional handyman service and home improvement company. We handle everything from small repairs to full remodel projects, both interior (bathroom, kitchen, basement) and exterior (deck, fence, siding, painting) projects. Responsibilities

• Estimate and sell various residential and commercial improvements and remodel jobs (in‑person);
• Coordinate and manage these projects along with office team and field team;
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients from estimate to post‑completion;
• Leverage existing leads and develop new programs and markets along with management and marketing team;
• Develop and build relationships with customers, vendors, partners and local communities;
• Participate in local industry and networking events as a trusted representative of House Doctors STL;
• Mentor and develop future estimator/sales members;
• Assist in non‑profit events affiliated with House Doctors brand.

Requirements

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in home remodel and improvement estimation and sales;
• Experience selling and managing bathroom, kitchen, basement, deck, fence, and other projects;
• Extensive knowledge in residential and commercial construction, remodel, improvement;
• Proven track record in successfully managing remodel and improvement projects from start to finish;
• Ability to work independently with minimal ramp‑up;
• Professional, relationship‑focused sales approach;
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
