The ideal candidate will have extensive experience, confidence in managing client relationships, and the ability to work independently. The position offers a base salary plus commission, comprehensive benefits including a 401(k), and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in home remodel and improvement estimation and sales.
• Experience selling and managing various projects including bathrooms and kitchens.
• Proven track record in managing remodel projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and sell residential and commercial improvement and remodel jobs.
• Coordinate and manage projects with office and field teams.
• Serve as a consistent client contact from estimate to post-completion.
