A Bit About the Opportunity:

Acre security is currently seeking a talented field sales engineer with experience in physical security solutions. As a global leader in access control solutions, we offer competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and growth opportunities. This role involves regular interaction with executive levels at prestigious global organizations.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support sales and channel partners by being the trusted advisor for acre security solutions in your region.
  • Configure and lead technical demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage Proof of Concept processes.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, workgroups, and educational events to promote acre security solutions.
  • Assist in technical responses and proposal content for RFPs, RFIs, & RFQs.
  • Handle IT Questionnaire responses within your region.
  • Develop quotations, proposals, requirements documentation, and architecture & integration designs based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Support to provide feedback on product enhancements and market demands.

Note: This position involves up to 75% travel within the defined region.

What You’ll Need:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Physical Access Control Systems, Video Management Systems, or other Security Software.
  • Presales or deployment experience in Physical Security Solutions.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with workstation/server OS, networking, and understanding of cloud or database technologies is a plus.
  • Technical degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
