Summary of the role:

In this role as a Talent Acquisition Leader, you are a strategic HR professional who specializes in recruitment, employer branding, and talent development. You will lead initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand.

What you will be doing/Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to position M-Files as an employer of choice
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment plans
  • Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

Qualifications and Skills:

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) required
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employer branding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
