Verto People Ltd is hiring an Outside Sales Account Manager / Sales Engineer / Territory Sales Manager to cover Eastern Wisconsin. The territory includes Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, Milwaukee and Madison, with a field-based schedule that rewards proactive customer engagement and consultative selling of fluid handling equipment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial outside sales experience.
• Experience selling fluid process equipment and related products.
• Strong relationships, communication, negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan across Eastern Wisconsin.
• Identify, target and secure new industrial business opportunities.
• Grow existing accounts through regular customer contact and site visits.
• Sell fluid process products, filtration systems, pumps, valves, fluid handling equipment and related industrial solutions.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting and qualification through to quotations, negotiation and close.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and act as a trusted technical sales contact.
• Use CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline, customer activity and forecasting.
