Qualifications

• Education degree aligned with mechanical engineering or business, or equivalent cutting tool industry experience.
• Several years of sales experience in industrial cutting tools or manufacturing sales.
• Ability to work independently from home/virtual office and travel extensively.
• Valid Driver’s License and residency in the Cleveland area.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan sales activities through market analysis to target customers and strategy.
• Visit customers with defined purpose and agenda to advance opportunities.
• Engage in active listening to uncover customer needs and requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Negotiate agreements to reach optimal value for customers and company.
• Coordinate products and processes for optimized customer solutions.
• Promote full product range to meet product and application needs.
• Actively sell solutions that add customer value and drive orders.
• Ask for orders after confirming the value proposition.
• Document and report sales activities, test results, cost savings, and forecasts.
