Job summary

CACI International Inc in Sterling, VA seeks a Field Sales Engineer for CUxS products. This on-site role supports EMSO/EW/SIGINT with demonstrations, requirements translation, and close collaboration with sales and BD teams.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, up to 50% travel across the Continental US, and extensive CUxS experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent and aerospace/DoD domain knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of operational experience with DoD spectrum management, EW or SIGINT systems.
• At least 3 years operational experience using CUxS systems.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience directly related to CACI CUxS systems.
• Current or ability to obtain Part 107 Certification (FAA Remote Pilot Certificate).
• Detailed understanding of DOD Spectrum management, EW and/or SIGINT operations in all domains.
• Detailed understanding of RF fundamentals, including propagation, detectability, and direction finding.
• Self-driven with ability to translate customer requirements to engineering requirements.
• Ability to travel on short notice to demonstrate CUxS systems.
• Understanding of DOD Service organizations and their functions.
• Ability to lead training classes with customer users.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales, Program Management, Business Development, and Product Management in the development and sustainment of CUxS and C-UxS product lines.
• Provide technical assistance to EW Products focusing on CUxS.
• Demonstrate CUxS products in various locations supporting testing and demonstrations.
• Translate customer requirements into internal engineering requirements for product improvements.
• Assist Account Managers in sales activities and opportunity creation.
• Assist Business Development in capture goals.
• Create and maintain opportunities related to CACI CUxS in Salesforce.
• Provide weekly status reports to sales and BD leads for CUxS.
• Provide/on-site equipment training and train-the-trainer courses for CUxS.
• Provide onsite equipment support at customer sites, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs.
• Maintain diligent communication with internal command and customer POCs.
