Job summary

CACI is seeking a Sales Engineer (Technical Support) to back aggressive sales efforts with deep technical expertise. You will support account teams, assist with integration, provide training, and help ensure successful deployments while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will travel up to 50% to customer sites across various locations, deliver demonstrations, and collaborate with field service reps to resolve issues and capture feedback for engineering.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical or engineering experience with hardware integration on autonomous/unmanned platforms.
• 2+ years in sales engineering, customer support, or field support.
• Familiarity with defense technology and unmanned systems applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives and Account Managers in all technical aspects of customer engagements.
• Provide technical support for new platform integrations and participate in pre-sale technical discussions.
• Deliver technical documentation and remote integration assistance as required.
• Conduct product training for customers in both pre and post-sale phases.
• Travel regularly to customer sites to support bailments, demos, and new product deliveries.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on gimbal operation and performance expectations.
• Assist with product sustainment activities, including firmware updates and new feature rollouts.
• Support trade shows, industry events, and field exercises.
• Collaborate with Field Service Representatives to troubleshoot issues, address performance concerns, and process RMAs.
• Capture customer feedback on limitations, capability gaps, and new requirements to inform engineering design efforts.
