Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to promote electro-mechanical and electronic access control solutions in the Houston area.

You will train integrators, support channel partners, and lead deployments, from test beds to live installations, collaborating with electricians and contractors.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in field sales, MS Office, CRM proficiency, and a willingness to travel; a competitive package and company car are offered.

Qualifications

• College/university degree or a high school/GED diploma.
• 2–3 years of field sales experience with EM/EAC products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• CRM tools for sales and activity reporting.
• Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Certify integrators’ sales, installation, and support capabilities through hands-on product training.
• Train and support the channel, influencers, and other internal personnel.
• Facilitate deployments of product test beds and live installations with EAC integration.
• Collaborate and develop plans for increasing sales in the assigned territory.
• Represent ASSA ABLOY in installation meetings and conduct site surveys with integrators.
