Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Seattle, WA seeks a Sales Consultant to drive branch growth, closing new business in food & beverage, industrial and healthcare sectors. After training, you’ll identify customers, build relationships, and deliver tailored linen, uniform and facility-service solutions.

You’ll report to a Regional Sales Manager, receive coaching, and pursue ambitious sales targets with uncapped commissions. The role includes a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Strong time management and territory management skills.
• Proficient use of the company CRM (Salesforce).
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by actively managing the Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers smoothly.
• Prepare for weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure service transition.
