Rentokil North America seeks a Pest Control Consultant to actively sell pest management services to residential customers, serving as the face of our national brand in the local community.

You will assess customer needs with expert product knowledge, prepare proposals, and collaborate with service teams to ensure satisfaction and profitable growth. This role requires travel within territory and a customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required (state of residence).
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to increase opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete home diagrams and follow up on proposals to close sales.
