Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers while delivering excellent customer service.

You will assess customer needs and use our product knowledge to drive solutions that protect homes and families. You will collaborate with the service team, location managers, and sales colleagues to develop proposals, close opportunities, and ensure installations meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Travel up to 100% of time within territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to create opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete home diagrams using Sales CRM for clear understanding of the customer home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge for service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
