Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell leading pest management services to residential customers and provide excellent, customer-focused service. You will be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing customer needs and using expert knowledge of products to drive sales and protect homes.

You will collaborate with internal teams and field technicians, maintain CRM records, and travel within the territory as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and additional pest household service enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
