Job summary

CoAd is seeking a Business Sales Consultant to influence C‑Suite decision makers and sell PEO services in Illinois. This hunter role focuses on establishing new prospects and meeting annual quotas in the commercial market.

The candidate should have 3–5+ years of complex solution sales experience and a bachelor’s degree; PEO experience is a plus. Proficiency with Salesforce is required and a strong network of SMB owners is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in complex business-solutions sales or outside sales.
• PEO consulting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws and benefits regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to win new clients.
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily and maintain pipelines.
• Generate leads via self-generation, warm leads, and referrals.
• Engage with small/mid-size business owners and channel partners.
• Establish 150–200+ new connections weekly and meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with C‑Suite on business needs and solutions.
