TruTeam in Fort Pierce, Florida, is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to drive growth in residential and light commercial construction markets. You will develop new business and maintain partnerships with builders, contractors, developers, and other industry professionals.

This field-based role requires 1-3 years of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel locally about 50% of the time. Base pay with commissions and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Formación

• 1-3 years of sales experience within the building products, construction, or related industries, preferably calling on residential or commercial builders, contractors, or developers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle for company business purposes.
• This is a safety sensitive position
• Ability to work safely and maintain awareness in active construction and jobsite environments.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, general contractors, remodelers, property managers, and other industry professionals.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, jobsite visits, referrals, and strategic prospecting efforts.
• Maintain a high level of daily sales activity, including face-to-face customer meetings, job site visits, office appointments, and prospecting calls.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospect identification and initial contact through project completion and customer retention.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing product expertise, recommending solutions, and identifying opportunities to create value for customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales growth objectives.
• Inspect job sites during the sales process, identify potential safety concerns, and communicate company safety expectations and programs to customers.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and commitment to driving business growth.
