Fastenal is seeking a full-time Sales Associate for the Pompano Beach branch at 2201 N Andrews Ave, Florida. You will engage customers, drive sales through a consultative approach, and help grow your book of business by developing new partnerships and extending existing relationships.

The role involves local travel, on-site support, and the potential for a flexible schedule after onboarding and goal attainment; you will join a team that values ambition, integrity, teamwork, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license to operate company vehicle.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field OR relevant customer service or industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong sales aptitude; motivated and customer-focused.
• Strong organization and planning abilities.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs (up to 75 lbs).
• Pass drug screen (U.S. only) and background check.

Responsibilities

• Support B2B sales and customer service activities.
• Provide value through a consultative sales approach.
• Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads and referrals.
• Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs.
• Perform local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites.
• Fulfill other duties to ensure branch success.
