Job summary

Fastenal in Monroe, MI is hiring a Full-time Sales Associate to drive customer relationships and sales at 500 Detroit Ave. You will consult on our inventory solutions and build partnerships in a local market.

The role supports business-to-business sales, develops new and existing customer relationships from leads and referrals, coordinates resources to respond to service needs, and may include local sales calls with a company vehicle. Flexible scheduling may follow onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license with ability to meet vehicle requirements.
• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations or related field OR related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication, proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities
