Fastenal Co. in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a full-time Sales Associate. Join our team to build relationships, grow your book of business, and promote inventory management solutions through a consultative sales approach.

You will work at 1340 E Hwy 169, Grand Rapids, MN 55744 and may enjoy a flexible schedule after onboarding and goal attainment. Responsibilities include supporting B2B sales, developing new relationships, coordinating resources for customer needs, and occasional local sales

Competenze

• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license
• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field OR relevant experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Sales aptitude and customer service mindset
• Strong organization and planning abilities
• Lift and move 25–50 lbs, up to 75 lbs
• Pass drug screen and background check

• Supporting B2B sales and customer service activities
• Providing value through a consultative sales approach
• Developing new and growing existing relationships from leads, referrals and prospecting
• Coordinating resources to respond to customer service needs
