Fastenal Co. is seeking a full-time Sales Associate for our Grand Prairie, TX branch at 2214 Paddock Way. You will engage with businesses, use a consultative approach to explain inventory management solutions, and help grow the branch book of business.

The role includes driving customer relationships, coordinating resources, and performing local sales calls using a company vehicle where required. We value ambition, integrity, and teamwork.

• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success
