Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Field Sales Analyst to support Sam’s Club customer teams by analyzing DPSM factors and delivering actionable recommendations. The role partners with directors and leaders to influence pricing, shelving and merchandising decisions, aiming to drive business results.

With 2+ years in sales data analysis or related fields, you will analyze performance, manage item setups, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close gaps and optimize plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales data analysis, forecasting or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sam’s Team Director, Business Development Manager (BDMs), Sr. CBPs and Sales Leaders in annual operating plan process for assigned customer team(s).
• Support customer meetings and negotiations to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze performance of in-club retail activation plans.
• Own new item set-up, cost change submissions and other logistical item maintenance.
• Assist BDMs/Sr. CBPs in addressing service issues by working with supply chain and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze results vs. objectives and propose gap-closure plans to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare for Business Plan Review (BPR) for Sam’s Club customer team.
