Job summary

Mars Incorporated seeks a Sr. Sales Analyst for Sam's Club to translate data into insights across digital and physical retail. You will analyze performance, forecast demand, manage item portfolios, and support promotional and digital strategies.

Strong Excel/PowerPoint, Nielsen experience, and CPG background are essential. The role is on-site in Franklin, TN or Bentonville, AR with regular in-office collaboration and some remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in business analytics or related fields.
• Experience with syndicated data systems (Nielsen) and retail portals.
• CPG or retail experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance across metrics using multiple data sources.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities across item-level performance and promotions.
• Develop actionable insights with clear narratives for decisions.
• Support storytelling for customer-facing narratives.
• Forecasting support and item portfolio management across channels.
• Partner with Demand and Supply to improve forecast accuracy.
• Manage item portfolio, attributes, costs, and SKUs.
• Samples management for retailers and ad-hoc requests.
• Support promotional ideation and post-event analysis.
• Deliver regular reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for total Club channel.
