Job summary

Etna Supply is seeking an Account Manager to join our sales team, focusing on underground piping and hydronic systems. You’ll build relationships with contractors, manage bids, and drive growth from bid through completion.

You’ll spend time in the field visiting job sites, presenting solutions, and coordinating with vendors and engineers to win business while upholding our culture of collaboration and service.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (Underground piping, hydronics, mechanical, or plumbing experience strongly preferred.)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Own and grow customer relationships within your territory
• Identify and pursue bid opportunities alongside our quoting teams
• Follow up with purpose and persistence to win business
• Deliver responsive, knowledgeable support to customer partners
• Represent Etna Supply at industry events, job sites, and client meetings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with vendors, engineers, contractors, and internal teams
• A mix of field time, job site visits, and team interaction, not a desk-bound role
• Customer visits to strengthen partnerships and drive business
• Working in varied environments, from desks to job sites
• Active, on-your-feet role with lifting up to 50 lbs.
