Job summary

Etna Supply is seeking an Account Manager to grow customer relationships and drive business in a regional territory. You will partner with contractors to support hydronic, mechanical, and plumbing systems from bid through completion.

This role emphasizes culture, collaboration, and differentiated service, with field time, job-site visits, and travel as needed to win opportunities and build lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in construction-related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow customer relationships within your territory.
• Identify and pursue bid opportunities with our quoting teams.
• Follow up with purpose and persistence to win business.
• Deliver responsive, knowledgeable support to customer partners.
• Represent Etna Supply at industry events, job sites, and client meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with vendors, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
