Etna Supply seeks an Account Manager to join our sales team in Toledo, OH. This role focuses on relationship-building with contractors, supporting hydronic, mechanical, and plumbing systems, and driving large-scale projects from bid to completion.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Appreciation for a team-oriented culture and a desire to contribute to what sets us apart
• Proven sales experience (Underground piping, hydronics, mechanical, or plumbing experience strongly preferred.)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
• Self-starter mindset with the initiative to take ownership and run with it
• Experience with systems like Eclipse or Phocas is a plus
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred; proven sales experience is more critical to success in this role

What the Role Looks Like Day-to-Day

• A mix of field time, job site visits, and team interaction, not a desk-bound role
• Customer visits to strengthen partnerships, drive business, and stay engaged in the market
• Working in a variety of environments, from desks to dirt piles (yes, really)
• Active, on-your-feet role with walking, standing, and lifting-up to 50 lbs.
• A moderate noise setting with a strong focus on safety and awareness
• Completion of standard pre-employment requirements is required.
