Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a driven Sales representative to achieve monthly sales goals within Austin, TX. You will expand distribution, execute in-store promotions, and coordinate displays while maintaining product date accuracy and quality control.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 4–5+ years with HS diploma) and reliable transportation for frequent store visits. Some lifting is required, and a valid license and insurance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1-3 years of related experience or HS diploma with 4-5+ years in a similar role.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older as required by state law.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs with keg handling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes and acquire new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicate pricing and promotions, and coordinate displays and events.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience
