Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a sales-focused professional in Austin to drive beverage product distribution and volume through active account management. You will execute promotions, coordinate displays, and ensure timely retail execution.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience (or 4–5+ years with a HS diploma) and a valid driver license; lifting up to 175 lbs with keg handling is required. Competitive benefits are provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, valid driver license, and auto insurance coverage as required by state law.
• Employee must lift products from 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs with keg handling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes meeting monthly objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining existing distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, supporting pricing and product promotions and coordinating displays and events.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts and manage inventory to minimize out-of-stock issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact and freshness.
