Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a sales-focused professional in Austin, TX to drive monthly targets, expand the customer base, and nurture existing distribution. You will execute promotions, coordinate displays and POS materials, and secure trade support through pricing and promotions communication.

The role emphasizes timely plan execution, inventory management, and maintaining product freshness, with equal emphasis on compliance with quality standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1–3 years of related experience, or HS diploma with 4–5+ years of experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and meet state age requirements.
• Reliable auto transportation with valid license and insurance, clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg handling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within timeframes while acquiring new business.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail with trade support communication.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Maintain inventory levels to minimize stockouts and code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation for freshness and shelf impact.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
