Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Plano, TX seeks a Sales Representative to drive sales, acquire new business, and maintain distribution. You\'ll execute promotions, coordinate displays and pricing, and push product placement for maximum shelf impact.

Preferred 1–3 years of related experience or 4–5+ years with a HS diploma; must have a valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or GED with required experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, valid driver license, and auto insurance as required by company and state law.
• Employee must be able to lift 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes meeting monthly objectives and acquire new business while maintaining established distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, secure trade support by communicating pricing and promotions, coordinate displays and POS materials, events and other opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact and freshness.
