Job summary

MLB & Associates, a growing Ocala-based logistics firm, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our Central Florida presence. You will build relations with contractors, aggregators, and hauling clients while traveling to sites across the region.

The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and capable of managing accounts and coordinating with operations to deliver reliable service. This hands-on role requires regular visits and a strong drive to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Experience with cold calling and generating new business opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Central Florida.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout Central Florida.
• Develop relationships with contractors, site developers, and hauling customers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and meetings.
• Present service solutions and competitive pricing to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure customer needs are met.
