Culligan Quench is hiring a Field Sales Account Executive to own and grow a local territory within our water-as-a-service business. This outside sales role involves prospecting, building a book of business, and closing recurring revenue contracts.

You will have autonomy in your market while supported by a national brand, a structured ramp, and a path to lasting earnings through renewals. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B outside sales is required.
• Ability to build and manage a sales territory from scratch.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales within your territory—from prospecting to close.
• Identify and engage new B2B customers through cold outreach and networking.
• Build and manage a Salesforce-based pipeline with accurate forecasting.
