TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Safety Specialist II to support site safety plans and ensure compliance with contract, client, and regulatory safety requirements. You will work closely with project teams to verify execution, problem-solve with operations, and implement corrective measures in the field.

Qualifications

Willingness to travel/relocate as required
OSHA 30, 500 and 510 certifications required
Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field preferred
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

Assist in development and communication of the Site Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) to stakeholders
Collaborate with craft and operations to promote safety program buy-in
Enforce policies and procedures; stop-work when necessary
Support hazard identifications and corrective actions in the field
Maintain project files in OSHA/MSHA compliance and coordinate first aid relationships
