TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Safety Specialist II to support the Site Specific Safety Plan in the field and report to the Project Safety Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety manuals and client expectations, and providing resources to correct and maintain solutions across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30/500/510 certifications preferred.
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Safety, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety and OSHA requirements.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in development, review, updating, and communication of the Site Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) to all stakeholders including subcontractors.
• Collaborate with craft daily to promote buy-in of the safety program and support ownership of safety initiatives.
• Exercise Stop Work Responsibility to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Plan and problem-solve with operations in the field based on leading indicators and upcoming work.
• Provide safety training on policies, OSHA/MSHA, NCCER, SIMS, and client-specific requirements.
