Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking an experienced Safety Manager for a project in Austin, Texas. You will manage the site safety program on the assigned project and ensure a safe, compliant work environment.

Responsibilities include incident reporting, safety training, and coordinating with owners and trade partners. A CSP/OSHA 500 credential and 10+ years of construction safety experience are required; bilingual Spanish is a plus. We offer strong benefits and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of managing construction safety and health processes.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST) or equivalent.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Safety & Health Program on the project and apply EHS systems.
• Prepare safety incident reports and lead investigations.
• Conduct staff safety training and conduct monthly data analysis.
• Coordinate with owners, management, and trade partners on safety matters.
