Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an HSE Manager I for a field-based, entry-level safety role with responsibilities across plan development, hazard identification, investigations, and safety training. This position emphasizes mentoring, collaboration with field leadership, and compliance with NFPA 70E standards.

Qualifications

• 4-year related degree and 4 years related experience or 7 years relevant experience with CHST.
• Ability to spend 80% of working time on active construction sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for hazardous conditions.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and participate in pre-construction meetings.
• Deliver safety training and lead injury investigations.
• Coordinate with field leadership and subcontractors on safety standards.
• Review MOPs and permits; ensure NFPA 70E compliance.
• Mentor junior safety team members and analyze safety data.
