Rosendin is seeking an HSE Manager I to oversee health, safety and environmental practices on active construction sites. This mid-level, field-based role leads Project Safety Plans, conducts hazard analysis, investigations and safety training, and mentors junior staff.

You will collaborate with field leadership, subcontractors and customers to maintain a safe, productive work environment, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations while promoting a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• 4-year related degree and CHST certification or 7 years relevant experience and CHST.
• Ability to spend 80% of working time on active construction sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for hazardous conditions; ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and development of site-specific safety plans.
• Deliver safety training based on program and personnel needs.
• Lead injury and incident investigations; conduct analysis and share lessons learned.
• Support pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure understanding and compliance with safety standards.
