Qualifikationen

• Requires a 4-year related degree with CHST certification or 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to coach junior staff.

Aufgaben

• Identify hazardous conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop site-specific safety plans with pre-construction inputs.
• Deliver safety training aligned with program needs.
• Lead investigations into injuries and incidents and share lessons learned.
• Coordinate with field leadership and subcontractors to ensure safety standards.
• Mentor junior safety team members and supervise non-exempt staff.
