This field-based role leads implementation of project safety plans, hazard identification, incident investigations, and safety training, while mentoring junior team members and coordinating with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers. You bring a 4-year related degree with CHST or 7 years relevant experience, the ability to spend 80% on-site, and strong MS

Qualifikationen

• 4-year related degree and 4 years related experience, plus CHST certification or 7 years relevant experience and CHST.
• Ability to spend 80% of working time on active construction sites.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities; safety mindset.

Aufgaben

• Identify hazardous conditions and document corrective actions with timely resolution.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and site safety plan development.
• Deliver safety training and conduct incident investigations with lessons learned.
• Mentor junior safety staff and coordinate with field leadership and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, LOTO, and project safety standards.
• Compile safety data and prepare regulatory-compliant reports.
• Assist with emergency planning as needed.
