Job summary

Doral Corporation is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to review, evaluate, and enhance safety programs across our diverse projects. You will lead safety-meeting conduct, perform site inspections, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across our jobsites.

This field-intensive role requires multi-state travel, collaboration with operations, and coaching crews on hazard elimination to meet safety objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Safety and Health.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Advanced knowledge of federal, state, local, and company safety regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to construction jobsites and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Identify safety hazards on construction jobsites and coach workers on eliminating them.
• Lead safety-first job-site meetings and safety culture initiatives.
• Conduct regular, documented jobsite safety inspections and verify corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents to determine root causes.
• Develop and lead customer-specific safety orientations and toolbox talks.
• Maintain documentation for safety training and orientation records.
