Job summary

VoltaGrid in Colorado seeks a FIELD SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE to support health, safety and environmental programs. The role audits field operations for standardization and shares best practices while ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising safety workflows, investigating incidents, implementing corrective actions, assisting with emergency responses, site audits, journey plans, and development of site safety plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience with HSSEQ Management Systems and its application.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• 75% field presence and travel required.
• Able to lift 25 pounds.
• Willingness to work in extreme temperatures, heights, and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Audit and oversee field safety programs to ensure compliance and coach personnel.
• Investigate incidents and participate in root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement corrective actions and safety plans.
• Assist with first aid, emergencies, and response readiness.
• Conduct regular job-site audits and inspections.
• Support journey management and site-specific safety plans.
