Job summary

VoltaGrid, LLC in COLORADO FIELD OFFICE is seeking a FIELD SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE to support health, safety, and environmental objectives. You will audit safety efforts, standardize practices, and help develop, implement, and monitor programs to ensure compliance with company policies and all regulations.

This role requires at least 5+ years in HSSEQ management, a BS in Safety preferred, and travel about 75%. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with HSSEQ management systems.
• BS in Safety or related field preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel ~75% and work in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to ensure safety program compliance.
• Audit workflows, provide coaching, and mitigate hazards.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Support emergency responses and first aid processes.
• Conduct site audits and develop safety plans.
