Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in safety management, with 2–3 years in electrical utility or construction environments.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, root cause analysis, and OSHA recordkeeping.
• Experience developing and delivering safety training for field crews (electricians, linemen).
• Ability to manage audits, JHAs, and site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and mentorship of Field Safety Coordinators.
• Ensure consistent execution of company safety programs, procedures, and expectations.
• Conduct field visits, safety observations, and engagement with crews and field leadership.
• Oversee incident investigations and review root cause analyses and CAPs.
• Track corrective actions to ensure timely completion and accountability.
• Support storm response and emergency restoration operations as required.
• Promote a proactive safety culture focused on hazard recognition and risk mitigation.
