Job summary

VoltaGrid LLC in Colorado operates a field office seeking a Field Safety Representative to drive health, safety, and environmental programs. You will audit departments, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, or federal regulations.

The role requires 5+ years HSSEQ experience, a BS in Safety preferred, and ~75% field travel. Strong communication and independent work habits are essential; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of HSSEQ management systems experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Safety preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with ANSI Z10, ISO 45001 or equivalents.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• 75% field presence and travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field safety programs and audit field operations for compliance.
• Investigate incidents and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Develop and implement corrective actions in response to findings.
• Assist with first aid/medical processes and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular job-site audits and inspections.
• Assist with journey management plans and site-specific safety plans.
